What's All This?

So what is this all about? Am I a psychologist? No, in fact I have no professional credentials when it comes to the mental health field, so I want to be very clear about that. But what I do have is experience. Lots of experience and I have learned that there is a huge gap between the mainstream treatment of mental health and the needs of everyday people like me especially when it comes to the basic understanding and treatment of things like anxiety, depression and panic attacks.

 There is a lot of noise out there in the world and it can be a very confusing, lonely and painful path if you fall unaware into the fog of anxiety. No one gives you a compass and no one comes to save you. Everyone walks their own journey but they do not have to do it alone. It is my mission to share my experience and to act as a guide to those are ready to start walking forward towards, peace, healing, and regained confidence in themselves.

So what’s this all about? How can this help me with my anxiety? Is this a Scam? You likely have a lot of questions and skepticism about how someone like me can help with your issues especially if you think you are too far gone and have tried everything, and that’s fine, in fact its good. I don’t promise a “secret sauce” or “self-help mantra” that will somehow restore your sanity. What I do promise is to share honest experience with the power of lifestyle interventions for greatly improving mental health, mood, energy, confidence and anxiety.

I used to mock such things, and now I share them every chance I get. So, what are they? From diet to sleep, to hobbies, to schedules, to meditation these things are extremely powerful when executed together and can not only erase panic attacks, and excessive anxiety (some anxiety is normal) but permanently alter the course of your future for the better. How do I help with this? With 7 years’ experience in researching and personally trying different lifestyle changes to improve my mental health, specifically OCD, panic attacks, social anxiety and depression, I believe I have distilled them down to the most powerful and effective strategies that you can implement right away. I share these strategies along with resources and tips and then work with you one on one to help you implement them and get results through my 33 day intervention.
